Video processing uses FFmpeg from Debian packages. Its build configuration and codec licences are available from the FFmpeg project and Debian package sources. H.264 and other formats may be covered by patents in some jurisdictions. The application also uses Django, Gunicorn, WebAuthn and the account dependencies listed in the source requirements.
